1. Offer Validity
The special "Free Business Email for One Year" promotion is temporary and operated exclusively by byluisgalvis . It is valid only for contracts signed and paid in full from the start of the campaign until August 30, 2026, inclusive. It will not be applied retroactively to projects contracted before the start of this promotion.

2. Eligible Plans and Non-Transferability
This offer applies solely to clients who subscribe to any of the three web consulting plans: Basic Plan, Pro Plan, and Enterprise Plan . The email benefit is directly linked to the domain and the web project purchased. It cannot be transferred to third parties or exchanged for cash, plan discounts, or credit.

3. Scope, Provider and Limitations of the Benefit

• Number of Accounts: This promotion includes only one (1) corporate email account (example: contact@yourcompany.com). Any additional accounts or mailboxes will incur a separate cost and will be the responsibility of the client.

• Right to Select the Provider: byluisgalvis reserves the exclusive and absolute right to choose, manage, and determine the technical email hosting provider and the technical terms of service. This promotion does not obligate byluisgalvis to purchase licenses on specific paid platforms requested by the client (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).

• Storage Capacity: The mailbox will be subject to the disk space limits assigned by the provider chosen by byluisgalvis . The client is responsible for moderating space usage; any expansion will incur an additional cost to the client.

4. Service Duration and Renewal
The benefit covers the cost of the license and initial setup for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, starting from the date the technical access is granted. After this year, the client will be solely responsible for paying the applicable renewal fees to maintain service. byluisgalvis is exempt from any liability for data loss, email deletion, or service suspension if the client fails to make the renewal payment on time.

5. Modifications
byluisgalvis reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time before the expiration date for technical or commercial reasons, respecting the benefit only for clients who have already made their payment within the validity period.

6. Interpretation and Acceptance of the Terms
Subscribing to any of byluisgalvis 's web consulting plans during the campaign period implies reading, understanding, and automatically accepting all of these terms and conditions. byluisgalvis reserves the exclusive right to interpret these terms in any situation not covered in this document, and its decision will be final and unappealable.
